Hi,
I have to find the condensation rate that occurs
in some Exhaust ducts. these are odor ducts that carry odorous air from some basins (sewer basins) and take it
to scrubber complexes. The assumptions are as follows:
point1
Inlet condition:
Tdb= 80 F
RH= 80%
point2:
outlet condition: (located at low points)
tdb = 65 F (it is assumed that T(DB) of air equals to
the ground temperature)
outlet duct is underground pipe.
RH= %100
amount of air to be exhausted = 5000 CFM
My approach is using a psychrometric chart to
calculate amount of water from point 1 to point 2.
I am going to develop an excel sheet to
calculate amount of water per month
considering temerature profile for month July.
Has anybody can help me with their suggestions?
Is there any other way that you might suggest?
Thank You
