why bend can not go more than 53 deg in nx8.5 sheet metal bend

Hi

Can anyone explain why the flange bend see picture can not reach 90 deg
and stack at 53 deg

but when I change exp p29=12 to p29=8 its reach 90 deg

the part is also atached

I am not expert in sheet metal module. I tried your model and it seems to be able to bend 90 degree.
Change "Reverse Side" direction.

but I was seen this in my playing with the part
but that flipped my sketch location
and make me afraid to my part on something
not sure.

I would recommend using the flange command to create the two Tabs in your part and make use of the global part properties in sheet metal preferences.
Attached is a sample part.
