Hi....,
We are having a large quantity of galvanising job of cable trays, usually c channels with 150mm x 20 mm x 2.5 Mtr long with 1.6 to 3 mm thk. In the inside portion of C channel sections with 20 mm we are getting DFT from 30 to 50 , all other areas inside and outside we are getting 60 to 75 microns.It is repeating in almost all jobs. SO someone please advice why this is happening and what precautions we need to take before the HDG process to avoid it ...?
