Water cooling analysis in CFX, path results

Hello,

I have modelled a water cooling channel shown in the picture below. Now I would need chart where on the y axis is temperature and on the axis length coordinate along the channel (in the middle). I know I can use a polyline tool for this but what is the fastest way to get the coordinates along the channel?

Edit: actually I am not sure if polyline tool will achieve the beforementioned but if someone knows a way, please share.
