wash water mixer

Hi All,
I am looking for some information about wash water mixing in Refinery catalytic reactor (say Hydrotreater / hydrocracker) effluent, to dissolve and remove chlorides/Ammonium bisulfides, before cooling below water dewpoint.
What I need information about is,
1)philosophy about method of wash water mixing (like spray nozzle), any suitable vendors, and
2)when a static/inline mixer is required after spray nozzle.
