unselect automatic design load combinations

In the concrete/stell design selection (whatever you want) select the view/revise preferences option. This is where you choose the code and the design preferences.
To deselect the auto load combinations check the "design load combinations selection" and untick the box "Automatic ...".
To manually edit these combinations, click the "Set automatic design load combination data".

I think my question was not complete.
I'm working with MATLAB and SAP.
I've linked them together and I need to matlab code to unselect automatic design load combinations.
ret = SapModel.DesignSteel.????
What should I put in place of the question mark?
