LB,
So does anyone knows if there is documented anywhere the allowable stress versus temperature?
Allowable to whom? It is not an ASME B31.3 listed material. So there will be no B31.3 "allowable stress table" (per se). You will have to determine the specific B31.3 allowable stresses. So, you go to B31.3 paragraph 323.1.2:
"323.1.2 Unlisted Materials - Unlisted materials may be used provided they conform to a published specification covering chemistry, physical and mechanical properties, methods and processes of manufacture, heat treatment, quality control and OTHERWISE MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CODE. Allowable stresses shall be determined in accordance with the applicable allowable stress basis of this Code or a more conservative basis.
The bases for establishing allowable stresses for ASME B31.3 can be found in B31.3 paragraphs 302.3.1 and 302.3.2 (and paragraphs that are referenced from there). Pay very close attention to paragraph 302.3.2(f).
Now then if your are doing stress analysis of these piping systems you must look at B31.3 paragraph 302.3.5. The allowable stresses for comparison to calculated sustained (pressure and weight) stresses (primary stresses) are discussed in B31.3 Code Case 178 (it will take us a while to get that into the main body of the Code). The allowable stress RANGE for comparison to calculated displacement thermal expansion stress RANGE (e.g., thermal expansion stresses - secondary stresses) is discussed in paragraph 302.3.5 (d). Allowable stresses for pressure design (wall thickness) are discussed in paragraph 304.0 (and the paragraphs referenced from there).
