Are the following statements are correct as per UHA-51(d)(3)?
1- For duplex stainless steel, if MDMT is colder than -29C impact test is required whatever the thickness is?
2- For duplex stainless steel, if thickness is over 10 mm, impact test is required whatwver the MDMT is?
