1- what will be the tolerable limits of out of roundness on the 52" tee body (not the end).
2- what will be the tolerable limits of reduction in thickness of the same.
3- if any remedial actions please let me know.

What is the code of construction and application?

If you review MSS SP75, there is a Section 13 on Tolerances for Welded Fittings. The reduction in thickness is addressed in 13.2. The out of roundness is addressed in Table 3 for fittings between 50 to 60 NPS.

Please review and come back with any other questions.
