Thickness Range B31,3 CHARPY.

Hello Friends:

If I need to perform three charpy tests to cover the entire thickness range required in the project, under B 31.3. (T / 2 TO T + 6). a) These three tests should be included in the PQR that supports the single WPS. I am not sure.
b) In addition, Does the minimum thickness of the WPS will be defined as T / 2 (T smaller specimen thickness tested)?

These are the data of the material to be used in the project (under B31.3):

Material: A333 Gr 6
Thicknesses: 3/16" (5mm) to 3/4"(19mm)
