How do I turn these features off? I've gone to File>Utilities>Customer Defaults>Modeling>Feature Parameters>Screw Clearance Hole, Threaded Hole and Hole Series and they are all unchecked. Please help.
Thank you

Are you using a Template or Start Part? Did you restart NX after changing the Customer Defaults? I believe those settings will only affect NEW parts, not existing parts and it will not affect Templates or Start Parts.

Make sense?

Restarted, yes. It must be the template or start part.

I'd guess it's the dialog memory. Try creating a clearance hole with your desired options and press OK. Start a new hole, the options should be set to what you previously OK'd.

cowski may be onto something. I do recall I had an instance where a Customer Default was changed for a different command and the path didn't update until I reset the dialog. Try clicking the button circled in the attached image & see if that does the trick. Can't hurt to try.
