SA 334 Gr.6 design temperature 1

Dear sirs,
We would like to use stock tubes SA334 Gr.6 in a HE with design low temperature -46°C but in the certificate there isn't the value of impact test.
Is it mandatory to write in the certificate the values of impact test? Shall we use these tubes without any problem?

Another question, how can we know the minimum design temperature with tubes marked SA210 GrA1 (without any value of impact test)?

Ok that's true, but I would like to know the minimum design temperature for SA334Gr6 and SA210.

The minimum service temperature w/o impact testing is -20 deg F.

Where can I found this value in ASME in order to explain that to my inspector?

The -20 deg F is for SA 210, from ASME Section II, part D, Table I. For SA 334 Grade 6, IF impact testing is required, the minimum impact testing temperature is -50 deg F. I would use -50 deg F as the minimum for these tubes (based on requirements in SA 334 for Grade 6 material).
