Is s shape beam profile available in us for construction or else only used for monorail purpose .

It's not common. I'm sure it can be ordered, but likely at a cost and time premium. W and HP shapes are the default.

Due to the tapered flanges, you wouldn't normally use if for general construction. Because of the flat flanges of W sections, it's best to use them.

glad we can help... I forgot to mention that they have special 'tapered' washers and fittings to use with S sections that are a little more costly. Monorail pulleys often come to accommodate flat or tapered flanges.
