Dear sir,
I have some question about %RT or %PT of pipe line.
Is this % of all joint for complete route line or all joint each sheet for the isometric drawing?
Example .
RT 10%
Case 1
Isometric sheet. 1) have welding joint 2 DB = RT 1 joint
Isometric sheet. 2) have welding joint 20 DB = RT 2 joint
Total RT = 3 Joint---> Correct?
If,Case 2
Isometric sheet. 1) have welding joint 2 DB = 1 joint
Isometric sheet. 2) have welding joint 2 DB = 1 joint
Total RT = 2 Joint---> Correct?

If,Case 3
If i can redesign in case 2 to one isometric drawing
I will have RT = 1 joint ----> correct?

SK.

Would depend on whatever code that you are complying with, wouldn't it?

Pipeline or piping? What does your engineering specifications (& contract) dictates, apart from what bimr already correctfully mentioned?

It will depend on the Code and added Contract requirements. Normally, RT is defined by the contract for the entire project - not by each iso.

If project spect not mention, Normally it will separate per line class, but for easy to control you should choose RT joint per ISO not per sheet, example iso have 5 sheets and 56 joints, you choose 6 joints, that enought
