ASHRAE standard 170 specify operation theater temperature should be 68F and RH (30 -60%). however, in may case, indoor design condition is 68F DBT and 50+/- 5% RH. I am using E20 form to calculate thermal load for the operation treater. To selected the apparatus dew point I could not find the ADP table for given indoor condition in carrier hand book.
Chilled water temperature in /out 44F/58F
further, at 68F and 50% RH room dew point is 48.69 F. it implies that the ADP of coil must be at or below room dew point so that supply air could not condensation at entry point. in the room

is possible to get low ADP from chilled water.

Any suggestion.
