O.D. Check for Bushing

Bushing requires an O.D.check under 1500lb load per SAE J835. DIA is .659, Length is 1.214
Does anybody know of a testing lab that can perform this test?
or an economical set up so that it can be done in house?

I would imagine that Intertek in either Livonia or Grand Rapids could do it.
