Nondestructive Testing for Creep Detection

I am looking for NDTs that are available for creep detection in boilers. Does anyone has experience regarding the application and use kd such techniques? Google search is showing only the research-phase techniques.

If you can get the ID clean enough I have seen laser gaging used to find areas of local distortion.
Then you can apply other tests as mentioned in those areas of concern.
