We have a OSBL sub-project of pumping seawater via CS pipeline. I want to know a safty and pratical method for lining and/or coating.

Thanks a lot!
The flowrate is 27000m3/h, the design pressure is 0.6 MPa.

Coal tar epoxy lining will work in this application. The thicker the coating, the longer the survival of the pipe.

You should be okay with coal-tar epoxy, how long a run is it? The other thing might be to slipline it with HDPE.
