Is anybody good at AGTEK software to calculate the cut and fill volume of road project?

I tried to import AutoCAD files I can edit existing data lines which had contour but I could not for the design lines as their is no any contour for design lines. Moreover, how much area shall I take for design perimeter. Can someone guide me?
