What is the maximum possible backfill angle or in other words If the backfill angle exceeds angle of friction, how to calculate lateral earth pressure?

is there a way to calculate a lateral pressure if the back slope exceeds the internal friction angle,?

You can read it from a log spiral chart or use the graphical method
