Mold Press Manual Needed

I have acquired a Goldstar IDE390. Great press, but factory support is somewhat non-existent. This machine has a Hicom 300 control. Could anyone out there point me to where I can find (in order of what would be the greatest):

- Machine User / Service Manual Set
- Hicom 300 user manual
- Hicom anything manual
- Some tips on how to save/retrieve mold settings from memory

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
