unidentified liquid rsidual on the surface of connectors (PA66+30GF injection molded)

I discovered the presence of an unidentified liquid rsidual on the surface of connectors (PA66+30GF injection molded) that have been store for a period of time. This precipitate has led to the failure of Hi-pot/insulation tests. These unidentified liquids do not dry at 60°C, but when heated to 180°C, they transform into a white powder. Could someone please let me know the possible composition of these unidentified liquids and the reasons for their precipitation and residue on the connector's surface?

Never seen anything like that in 25 years.

Your best bet is to get samples to the material supplier for a lab check.

Guesses include:

Contamination of material
Some additive (plasticiser/heat stabilizer/anything else what's in it).
