Hi Everyone! I am working on a modular project. We are the EOR for the project, and as the modular project, it will be delegated design. We are anticipating to design the foundation for loads, and in the meantime, we are working with the layout to get a better understanding of wall placement for shear loads and lateral systems. We do not have a manufacturer on board, but are doing enough effort to be able to solidify the design into a more realistic floor plan. The project is a two story commercial building with walls and columns between and long the GL. Are there any resources for preliminary design of modular systems, especially for the lateral loads and diaphragm distribution of lateral forces? I'm trying to get a better idea of how much shear walls we would need, and what the layout might be for that. The framing system will most likely be CFMF and plywood sheathing, but definitely need a better guide on how the modular systems are design for actual understanding of load distribution. TIA
