Mechanical properties in heavy thick test coupons.....

Material: G18NiMoCr3-6
Test coupon thickness 172 mm, length 200 mm and width 122.5 mm.
Is it possible to achieve the tensile and impact properties as below,

Impact @ -40 Deg C: 27 Joules
YS: 760 MPa min
UTS: 900 MPa min
%E: 12% min
%R: 25% min.

What HT condition?
In some materials/applications I have take coupons at various depths to verify properties.
Meeting the impact at all locations will be difficult.

Heat treatment= Water quenching +Tempering and please use Virgin material

I hope your test coupon is based on API standards ?
