I have to load the top of a 3 meter (45 degree) slope with a reticular structure (1mx1m) with a reaction of 5 tons each point. The 45 degree degradation line does not intercepet the slope surface. Can i ignore the instability of the slope?

With today's slope programmes, this should be an hour exercise at most if you have the material properties of the slope. So . . . 45Deg is kind of steep for a long term natural soil slope - is this rock or weathered rock?
