Unfortunately, I don't think that anybody will be able to help you with this, as the linestyles that you named could be just about anything. I recommend that (provided you know what the linestyles are supposed to look like) you curl up with the line styles editor and create them yourself. The learning curve is not too bad (I taught myself). The resource files at the Illinois Department of Transportation website are a great place to start with numerous examples of custom linestyles.
