Saving a Solidworks file into a .DGN file without any Bently / Microstation software?

Customer wants us to import our 3D model into a .dgn file for them to put into their layout.
Is this possible without purchasing any expensive software?
I've Googles myself dizzy and can't find a definitive answer.

Can you export to DWG? Microstation should be able to open Autocad DWG files just fine.
