Limiting signal to a constant value (in Simulink)

I need some help. I'm using Simulink and I want to limit a signal to a constant value (e.g. after moment t=3 sec. to be the value at that point f(3)). Is there specific function (block) to do this limitation?

Yes there is. You will not have to Limit your search to builtin functions but are able to use your Limited abilities to create your own un-Limited user defined limitless functions.
