How to interface SIMULINK model to modeFRONTIER

Can anyone suggest me the steps to interface SIMULINK model to modefrontier. Ive searched online but I'm not able to get a detailed steps to interface.

Since I've designed my hydraulic model in Simulink, I'm planning to optimize the model through modefrontier.
