Indicating 3D angles and distances?

Hi

How can I indicate the angle between two planes?
I know how to create dimensional constraints and show them within an sketch contained on a plane, but, how do I do the same outside the sketch?
Is there anything different to "Analysis-> Measure Angle"? It doesn't draw the angle where I want and it's strange.

I would like to see the angle centered at the intersection, and not the angle between the perpendiculars.

Do you have the PMI tool License?

In the company some computers have the simplest license, without PMI.
