how to display dimension tolerance in drawing?

why isn't dimension tolerance seen?

i have set tol_display as yes
 
yes in Config.pro and Setup files!

You must also change the Tolerance Mode under the properties of each dimension. Otherwise their will be no tolerance to be seen!
 
option>save something.pro>change tol_mode i.g. limits or nominal
