I am trying to convert inches to millimeters in excel. I have an entire workbook to convert. I do not have the time to change all of these cells. Is there a way to convert each entrie spread sheet in the workbook without plugging in the conversion formula for each individual cell? PLease Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So every single number in the entire workbook represents a value in inches?

There are no formulas at all?

It's just a spreadsheet full of numbers?

No, there is a header and i have two columns that have formulas
to calculate the remaining wall and percentage wall loss? But the heart of the spread sheet are all manually entered numbers. I do not have the time to implement each individual cell with the formula =Convert(.579,"in","mm") Okay.

If it is just numbers, use a formula to convert teh number from the first page to the new page.

example: =+Sheet1!H23/25.4

Ok.

In any blank cell enter the conversion factor 25.4.

Select that cell and press control+C to copy.

Select a column or columns of cells that have only numbers that represent inches.

Go to "Edit" on the menu bar and select "Paste Special..."

Select the "Multiply" option, then press OK.

Poof!
