Help with ACI 351.3 table 4.1

Hi all,

Table 4.1 of this report looks like the following:


How do we interpret for v=0.45 the fact that y1, y2, y3, and y4 are not given.
If they are equal to 0.00, wouldn't it just say that as for y3 for v=0 and v=0.33?

In 351.3R-18 their provided example uses linear interpolation for the v=0.45 values
