Im looking for the calculation for finding gpm thru a plate heat exchanger for a 30 ton chiller

Q=m*C*(T1-T2)?

You must be able to tell us more than that.

There are a lot of basic design parameters that you have to specify, i.e., what is the design delta T for the coolant, what is the design ambient?

As an example, based on a system we designed for a smaller military application with a 5°C delta T and 400 W load, the scaled coolant flow would be 264 gpm, but that probably has little correlation with your system

Call the manufacturer with the pressure drops across it. He'll be able to tell you within a few minutes exactly what the flow is.
