Hi. I need help with GE C60. There is a power line 500 kV which proteted by GE. This power line connect two independant electrical systems. How can I do a function of close breaker with catching of synchronism when this line, for example, open by protection? As I understand C60 has only control of synchronous conditions, but it can't catching synchronism. I suppose that I need auxiliary device in this case, but may be there is another solution.

C60 only has synch check. It looks at voltage/frequency using a function called "synchrocheck" but no, it does not do actual synchronism where you'd adjust the frequency of your generator/turbine. You'd need an actual synchronizer for that.
