EPDM profiles-hot air cure

It's highly appreciate to somebody tell me, how can I cure EPDM profiles in hot air tunnel?, the temp.is 300C and tunnel length is 12M and extruding out put is 45 grs./min. thanks in advance.

Providing the profiles are thin sectioned (<3mm) I would run the tunnel conveyor at the same speed to start with. If you see evidence of undercure, slow the conveyor down somewhat.
 
Thank you very much for your comment,I would explain more that now we are producing silicone rubber profiles, actually I wanted to know that, is it possible we shift from silicone compound to EPDM compound for the same profiles? if yes then is it needs we design a special formula or any changing in curing line for example add UHF or IR tunnel to our hot air tunnel?.
 
You will probably have to cut a new extruder die for the EPDM compound because the die swell could will be different.

Ref the EPDM compound - I would talk to your supplier about this.
