Welcome to the forum Emad. Scorch is usually caused when a rubber compound, that has had the curatives added, reaches too high a temperature and starts to cure. Usually, this occurs either during the final mix stage or immediately afterwards on the equipment below the mixer. It would help if you could give more details such as which accelerators you are using, type and size of mixer, specified temperature at dump, and the equipment used to cool the mix after the mix is dumped from the mixer. One immediate solution is to dump the rubber mix at no more than 100°C and to cool it down as quickly as possible.
