Empty Design Feature

I have been getting this message with a large assembly and don't know the cause or cure. Currently there are no design tables associated with the assembly, I have tried creating a table and deleting it to trick the system as suggested on the Solidwork's site but continue to get the error. I've attached a screenshot of the notification. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
