What is the emissivity of 17CrNiMo6/18CrNiMo7 material for the temperature range of 0 deg C to 150 deg C?

Because it varies extensively depending on the degree/depth of oxidation the surface has. Heavily weathered/oxidized it will be up around 0.8 or 0.9. Polished under argon and tested in vacuum, it will be low, maybe 0.1 to 0.2.

And it's not likely to be constant over this temperature range.
