I have measured object temperature by setting emissivity in the infrared thermometer. How to calculate the temperature for the emissivity of 0.83

Emissivity/ "infrared Temperature (deg C)"
0.5 / 68.7
0.7 / 58.5
0.83 / -?
0.96 / 50.7
1 / 49.8

Plot the 4 values that you have in Excel, fit a curve, then use curve to calc new point.

You need a contact thermometer to find the actual temperature so you can tell what the emissivity is from the readings you made.
