EMC Test Lab in Shanghi

Has anyone had EMC tests per 2004/108/EC performed by SGS-CSTC in Shanghi?

The tests are on low voltage DC motors and under the machinery directive they do not have to be tested by a notified body lab. This lab is not a notified body.

Any comments?
