Lethal service (Toxic, dangerous fluid) fillet weld nozzle in EN code

According to ASME, if fluid is lethal service (Toxic, dangerous fluid), slip on flange(fillet welding) is not allowed.
PED or EN code have similar rules?

PED is not a design code. EN 13445 doesn’t have such requirement either. There are however few other service driven (mainly due to temperature) limitations but they’re linked to fluid groups or such.

Its a design and risk assessment issue in the EU world.
