Any idea whether EN 10204 type 3.1 ( or 3.2 ...) number should or shall appear on the test certificate (i.e printed on the certificate), having met the requirements of the EN 10204?

Yes it should to qualify it - and also contain all the other information specified in EN 10204.

*** Per ISO-4126, the generic term
'Safety Valve' is used regardless of application or design ***

*** 'Pressure-relief Valve' is the equivalent ASME/API term ***

Could you show me where on the En 10204 or related standard stating that requirement?

EN 10204 May not expressly state it but you would expect someone reviewing such a certificate to find at least the wording of 'Test Certification - acc. to EN 10204 3.1" to appear on a document to qualify it. Simple common sense. What exactly is the problem with being unable to do this? If I asked a vendor for certification to EN 10204 3.1 (or 3.2), I would expect to see that qualifying statement on the certificate. How else am I assured it complies?

We have bought material from Trade, not from Mill maker and Mill test certificate without showing "EN 10204 type 3.1" can not be revised at this time.

Then its up to you to decide whether the received certification complies with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2. In future ask the vendor to state EN 10204 on the certificate.

What is the "title" or designation of the document?
Declaration of compliance with the order
Test report
Inspection certificate 3.1
Inspection certificate 3.2

If anything else, it can be considered as not complaint with EN 10204
