It would be help if some one advise on subject matter and my question is here,
if produced water is 5% of oil production but salinity is high say 120 ppm, shall electrostatic dehydrator can bring down salinity to 10 lb/ PTB (1000 bbl of oil) with out addition of water.
and if electrostatic dehydrator can not reduce the salinity to above limit then is it better to chose the Desalter or not.
