Consumable Insert for butt welding pipe 2

I know that piping could be butt welded by inserting a consumable ring (see ASME B31.3 FIG. 328.3.2). When asking weld consumable suppliers, they answer that they don't know it (Perhaps here in Europe).
Would you give me a list of suppliers in Europe or in U.S. for this kind of consumable ?

WELL I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THE REPLY BUT IWILL FINDOUT FROM OTHERS. THERE ARE IBR INSPECTORS WHO WILL INSPECT THE PRODUCTS FOR CERTFICATION. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO GUIDE ABOUT THIS ISSUE. IWILL GET BACK ON THIS .
