Concrete break cone for a double inclined anchor hoop

Hi guys,
I've never designed an anchor of this type.
I'm wondering what would be the concrete cone configuration at break. if the anchor is at 90 with the concrete it is easy, even giving an angle to the load, but when the anchor is not at 90......
Also, just for sakes, how about if only one leg were to be used?

If it's a manufactured product, I'd lean heavily on test data. If I had to calculate it out myself, I might consider two breakout cones, one on each leg of your anchor.

Make sense. but what would be the angle of the cone's surface with the top of the concrete, the leg is not pulling perpend
 
You'd tilt your cone so that it's longitudinal axis is parallel with the rebar. This kind of assumes that the rebar is small enough to essentially be considered rope (pure tension load in the direction of the rebar). If the rebar is thick and resists significant load in bending, you'll pry out the surrounding concrete and all bets would be off.
