Hello,

I have been trying to coat a small blind hole around .100 in diameter. I have been trying to coat a ceramic and near the bottom of the hole there always seems to be a patch that does not get coated. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with coating small blind ID. Thank you so much for your time

To paint the hole internal or to plug the hole with ceramic coating?
How about to block the hole with a plug?

There is probably an air bubble trapped in the hole. Use a toothpick, stick it in the hole and stir it around. It would be helpful if you described what you are doing now that is unsuccessful. Is your coating a wet slurry? How deep is the hole?
