CATIA 4/5 to UG conversion

We are looking at a CATIA customer to send us files which we will convert to UG NX2. The customer has given us the choice of CATIA 4 or CATIA 5. My vote would be CATIA 5 (windows, parasolid, etc). Which is easier to convert?

I don't have much experience translating to/from Catia but here are a couple threads to look at:

To import into UG NX2 I recommend using STEP translation from CATIA V5.
