Hello,
Using NX6 here, soon to upgrade. My co-worker and I encountered a problem in drafting because of the diffirent methods we use to create manufacturing sheets. I came over from Auto Cadd and Pro/E and I exclusively use associative curves. While on the other hand, said co-worker uses basic curves. The problem was when he would go to edit a sheet I created in drafting and create a basic curve, he could not edit the basic curves that he had created.
We tested this by making a new sheet and first making an associative curve and then creating basic curves and trying to trim both. The associave worked without a problem. The basic curves would not trim though. We also tested drawing basic curves first and the associative and the results came out the same. Associave curves would trim, basic would not.
Ant solutions or information on this would greatly be appreciated
Thank you,
Sam
