when section 1 is an assembly, section 13, assembly FAI is checked. what part/s should be listed/included in section 15?
every part/sub-assy?

BOX 13 Check one of two boxes as appropriate

BOX 14 Check as appropriate. BOX 15,16,17&18 are required if the part number in BOX 1 is an assembly w/lower level parts.Enter "N/A" as appropriate.

BOX 15 Reference all lower level parts or sub-assembly part numbers.

Exactly as qcinsp111 listed. I always refer to here as a guideline for filling these out. But we fill them out very regularly and have made our own modifications.
